About

That's me.
Welcome to my corner of the web. I’m Kris Jordan, a software geek & hacker who has been designing software commercially for over 10 years. Currently I’m working on a RESTful PHP application framework. I earned a graduate degree at Brown University’s Computer Science Department and spent a little time this summer working in the Developer Division on a super rad, soon-to-be-announced tool at Microsoft. Even longer ago I was a co-founder of New Media Campaigns. I spent four years at UNC Chapel Hill (I bleed Carolina Blue) where I geeked out and got an undergraduate CS degree. My passion for software has its earliest roots in the Logo Turtle and a few years later, sometime around age 12, a fateful copy of Visual Basic 5.
This primary purose of this blog is to talk about the things which get me going: software engineering, design, project management, web technology, start-ups, teaching, neat technologies, and whatever else gets the fingers moving. Do follow my rss feed if these subjects ring a bell with you too.
